ok so yes, you've made some good points but look- tell me one thing about milk that might cause some kind of harm to the human body, one thing which the milk contains and isn't good for us- there is no such thing! and you can't compare us to cows or to any other animal. cows don't drink milk because that's just the way nature works. the human body doesn't "shut down" its need for milk because that means shutting down its need for calcium and just like there's always a need for some kind of amount of oxygen, there will always be a need for certain amount of calcium, that is if we want to develop correctly and live a long and healthy life. there is not one thing about milk that could cause some kind of damage to the human body, there isn't anybody in the world that became sick as a result of drinking milk and if you're dismissing milk, you're dismissing many other products that are absolutely nesseccary for us! what doesn't kill us- makes us stronger and i see no reason to stop drinking milk when it contains so many things that are good for us and moreover- healthy and neccessary for us. even if we were built exactly like other mammals it doesn't mean that we should stop drinking milk just because they don't drink milk, we shouldn't compare ourselves to others. milk is good for the human body! milk is healthy for the human body! milk contains ingridients that are 100% healthy and even nesseccary for the human body! there is a reason for the fact that people keep telling you "drink milk- you'll grow and be strong" and that is that milk is good for you! good in every single way imaginable! and the fact that you can't see the benefit doesn't mean there's harm but the fact that milk contains so many things that affect your body in such a direct and positive way does mean that you should drink milk! you have to drink milk! go and have a glass of milk right now! i'm no expert in this subject but everything that i've written here is just facts, pure and simple facts. it doesn't matter how much you try to avoid unhealthy foods and sweets and how much you exercise- it is not worth anything if you don't get the protein and calcium that you need! so go right now and drink some milk! lol but don't exaggarate cause it doesn't matter how good something is for you, too much of it might do the oppsite adn cause some kind of harm...milk is good and don't let anybody convince you otherwise!
