when someone develops a sixpack- does his waist measurment grow? what i mean is- does building more muscle make this area wider?
if you can answer this, please do!
well first of all, if someone hasn't developed their six-pack, they'll still have slight bumps in that area. Anyway, if someone does develop those thick abs that you can hold quarters in between, i suppose their measurement will increase a bit (i'm talking fractions of an inch here.) also, you have to remember that abs don't really "stick out" as much as other muscles when they're developed.
six packs aren't wide, they're deep. they grow front to back.
as far as making your waiste wider... not really. In fact, if you can see your sixpack, you have such low bodyfat that your love handles will be gone and you'll have almost no back or stomach fat.
I've known guys who are 6 foot tall, about 220 lbs and 7* bodyfat that have a 30 inch waist. They bench like 390 and can wear womens pants...
I can just see them benching 320 lbs and wearing womens pants lol
are you afraid you wont be able to fit into your hip huggers after you get your six pack lol. the size of six packs do not make much of a difference unless they grow to a massive scale but by then you are alreay looking like a bodybuilder which is just gruesome and would make a nice halloween costume though.
