  • Routine of Bodyweight exercises

Hello guys, I want to develop a routine using only bodyweight exercises working the whole body. I've been doing lot of stuff with barbells and dumbbells but I want to drop it all and change routine based on fonctionnal strength. I want to select some bodyweight exercises without neglecting any bodypart but I want to keep the volume low, with only essential exercises.

First of all, the three main exercises:
    Dips
    Chins-ups
    One-legged Squat

Theses exercises are the basement of the routine. They are big compounds working the principal bodyparts.

    The Complementary exercises:
    Hand-Stand Push-Ups
    FingerTips Push-ups
    Sit-Ups
    Jumping Squats

Here I would need some other exercises. This is the reason why I post here. Some of you guys probably do bodyweight exercises. So which other exercises should I add in this routine? It is hard to find good bodyweight exercises for the back. I only have the chins-up. I would need more.

So do you have some ideas?

Diamond pushups, they are a killer (IMO)

No, actually it's a video set he puts out.

However, he gives the actual program away for free on his website.

            It's brutal.

I've heavily modified it for what I do. Hopefully someday I'll be able to do all of level one without ending up in a bedridden state.

Levels 2 and 3 are much, much worse.

Burpees and one leg in the air pushups are good.

                  Try this workout:
