    Hello.

    At the end of a 3 hour Taekwondo Squad Training Session yesterday a woman whose name currently escapes me, came out and took us all through some yoga stretches.

    I was just wondering what the general opinion is on yoga and its potential for overall flexibility.

    Yoga in my opinion is a great thing to learn. As far as flexibility it does help, considering it helps u relax while going through the stretches, letting the muscles get comfortable and develope...

    ive been taken it for a bit and have seen alot of improvement in my flexibility and vigor as well.

    the only problem is that alot of people see it as a female thing and then get all "man" like saying how it is "only for women" and such, but it helps me in my MA alot and i only have good things to say

      My mum has recently started Yoga. She told me they were doing these relaxation techniques and the woman next to her fell asleep on the mat, and started snoring!
