    does anyone know good ways to strengthen my fingers oh and do hand grippers strengthen my flexor forearm muscles.

    try finger-tip push-ups, and work up to using only a few fingers. also you can lift weights with separate fingers. another method is doing chin-ups and taking away some fingers.

      Hi! I already posted about this. If the grip is the concern, nothing is better then tennis ball. Keep one in your pocket. Squeeze it, push separate fingers into it, and use wrist roller machines. Get a very stiff rubber ring (like baby tithing ring, but bigger); try to stretch it using fingers only. And, of course push ups (on the fingers)

        thanks yeah I can already do 15 pressups on my index finger and thumb,
        but i will try the tennis ball and the stretch thing
