    hi guys,

    a mate of mine gave me a list of ingredients to make into a daily sort of milkshake that supposeldly helps you bulk up a little, all the ingredients look viable as being high in protein etc, i am however unfamiliar with exactly how effective it will be, any advice?

    1 bannana
    1 pint of whole milk
    1 tablespoon tahini
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon brewers yeast
    1 tablespoon wheatgerm
    1 raw egg

    all mixed up in a blender...waht do you guys think

    btw i am coupling this with weight training etc
