Im taking a trip out of town for a couple of weeks ( with my laptop so I will still be browsing the site).
I am hoping to carry on my training and exercises but I wont have any weights or equipment so can someone tell me some exercise involving nothing but bodyweight for my forearms. thanks

Anyway, you could probably find those things in a pharmacy like CVS. It will strengthen your gripping strenghth as well as your forarms. You could also fill up an empty gallon with water and do wrist curls. Now if you really want to get a piece of equipment then go to a sporting goods store like "Modell's" they have this apparatus that targets the forarms. My cousin bought one years ago but I'm not sure of the name. Just walk in and ask someone that works there or look around. Good luck.
