    OK, lame title but here is my problem.

    I rolled my ankle (yet again) so I can't run, jump, etc. I'm doing the elevation and ice, etc but am wonder what options I have for a cardio workout using just the upper body.

    I tried my rower but that still put too much pressure on the ankle (I really want this to heal quickly).

    Any opinions?
