  • Is it ok to stretch two times a day?

    Hey u all. I stretch before i weightlift, and then about an hour after lifting, i go to martial arts class and stretch there for warmup. Is that ok? Is there anything wrong with stretching 2x a day?

    Its OK, as long as you don't stretch to the point of pain.
