    Guys... Could you give me some tips on how to gain weight quickly. Im already having some schedules and proper meals but I aint gaining weight. I dont want to use some tablets or pills I just want to gain weight on food intake.

    So... What I'm asking for is some suggestions... Food that I must take. The meals. And some other things..

    Hey win,

    I am assuming you are talking about gaining muscle weight. I am not sure where you are at now or where you want to get. One piece of advice is to be realistic in your goals. That is, if you have not been able to gain muscle mass if could be due to your genetics. If you know that your body does not put on weight easily then you'll probably have to resort to "popping pills" or some other less natural way of gaining weight. I am glad you want to avoid that because in my opinion (and please feel free to disagree w/ me) the harder it is to gain weight initially, the harder it is to maintain it. So if you can't get big, just concentrate on getting ripped. Another thing I forgot is that if you are young, remember that you naturally gain weight as you get older due to a slowing down of your metabolism so it could pay-off to be patient. Lastly, as a direct answer to your question: there's only one way to gain weight, eat more calories than you burn each day. With that said, make sure you eat plenty but healthy, limit your cardio workouts and work closer to your max weights (85-90%) w/ lower reps in your weightlifting (allow 1-2 rest days between lifting sessions). Just remember that if you do gain muscle weight, you'll have to eat a lil' more to keep getting bigger as each additional pound of muscle will burn "x" of calories more per day. Hope this helps. I am by no means a licensed nutritionist or pro bodybuilder but the above knowledge has helped me along. Hopefully someone else can confirm/disconfirm my advice. Good luck!

      Been bodybuilding for a while now...my advice is to get the diet in check...eat at least five meals a day,shoot for 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight,2 grams of carbs per lbs BW,keep carb sources clean,such as oats,wholewheat bread,fruit,etc.Keep diet clean and weight train & you'll start putting on mass,I've had a lot of experience in this and have also used steroids...but if the diet isn't right then no amount of drugs will help ya.

      Give me some stats,bro.Age,current weight,etc.
