A while back, i decided to lose alot of weight and did so. Since then, when ive trained alot of my strength has gone. I think it is taking some time to come back.... Anyway, over the period of 1 month, i have seen atleast 3 new large veins appear on my arm. Now thats not my reason for posting, just a little backround for you all.
My reason for posting is simply to ask your opinions on the art of strengthening your fists,
this is done by repeatedly hitting hard objects (such as wood, brick, metal.) untill the point of bruising or damaging bones, then after they heal, you repeat this proccess and steadly your bones and become more stronger (Providing you are using the right nutriance). I THINK the main reason this procces works is because your damaging the nerves in your fist, so there is less feeling - therefore making the pain less in your fist when you attack something.
Does anybody have any thoughts on this? Im not 100 percent sure this training method is correct or even sane, i'd just like to talk about it.
