  • Question for Deck of Cards Exercise

    I've read a few different variations. The exercise sounds really cool because you never know what you're gonna get (*cue the Forrest Gump, "Life is like a box of Chocolates" thing).

    So here's my question. I know I can do the black equals PU and Red equals HS.

    Can I do this:

    1) Black: Pull-ups
    2) Red: Crunches or some other abdominal exercise?

    Or, does it have to be torso and leg exercise only?

    You could do that but it would be an ungodly amount of pullups!

      Oh yeah. What other bodyweight exercise could I do for my back though? I've not done Dive Bombers in eons. Are those good for the back?
