    now i need to get a good cardio workout, i was thinking of jumping rope, we do it in class and it usually makes me sweat pretty bad, i was also thinking of running again but i'm not so sure about that...what are the benefits of jumping rope over running and vice versa.

      i read in some stupid book that 10 minutes of jump roping was equal to 20 minutes of jogging, or something. im not sure if thats true or not, but anyways i think you should do both if your capable, if you cant jogg anymore try jumpropping and maybe swimming some laps.
