  • im trying out for my freshmen football team...

    we will work out everyday. is this gonna effect my MA? doesnt being bulk make you slower?

    also is having a high metabolism bad? i cant gain weight for nothing! im 5'6" tall and i weigh about 115lbs. to 120lbs. im 13 years old also. average?

    You're 13 years old. Don't worry about bulking up or anything. Just do what you gotta do and do what your coach tells you. As you become older, and more competitive, you can start training harder and start eating better. Right now, enjoy your body and take sports as they are: sports, nothing more. A competitve drive is good, but trying to bulk up or loose weight at this age will interfere with your natural growth cycle. If your body wants to bulk up, than let it bulk up. If it want's to loose weight, than let it loose weight. Just eat normally and practice your sport.

      dude just keep doin wot the coach tells ya,as long as u dnt puch ur self and start losin sleep u should be fine ,peace

          i dont think bulking up will really slow u down, unless u take roids and become too big and nasty. if u do it naturally its all good.

          my friends kajukenbo teacher benches like 460+ and he is fast as ****. he is like 5'11, 200lbs or so. he is built, but he moves like lightinging. its all about how hard u train really. if u are big and keep training hard to be fast, well u will get faster and faster.

          and it is true, ur body has only begun to grow. ur body will keep changinng and growing till u are about 18-20, so who knows.

            ya body will keep growing and changing till ya bout 25 .....its not till about 21 when ya really start to fill out
