Has anyone used this book before? Any comments?

Yes, great book. I am not a total advocate of body weight exercises only but this is one of the best organized books. It's a steep $40 but well worth it, IMO.

The book is basically about a two-excercise routine, in the same style as his weight training book Power To The People! The two excercises are One-hand push-up and The Pistol Squat. In addition to teaching these moves, he tells all about the hyper-irradiation and other similar stuff that he claims makes the excercises more effective and functional for the whole body.

The Underground Warrior, a book my Ross Emanut, might be a better book. I find Pavel's routines to be extremely boring, but extremely effective.

            Nekid Warrior

I have read a bit of it and if understadn it right The Naked Warrior book describes a method to develop pure power to push. He says right off the bat that the book does not deal with muscular endurance or speed. Just power.

I am only 1/2 way through and find it to be good info. Basically it is all about low reps while placing your body in positions that make the excercise as hard as possible (i.e. One armed pushups and pistol squats)

Matt Furey's Combat Conditioning and Combat Abs are worth looking into as well, http://www.mattfurey.com
