    hey u all. Im wondering whether my martial arts will interfere with my lifting. I do not want to overtrain. Here is my schedule

    Monday: chest triceps
    Tuesday: Legs and martial arts
    WEd: OFF
    THurs: Shoulders and martial arts
    Friday:back and biceps

    I was wondering if i will overtrain if i do martial arts after lifting? Martial arts is only an hour and i dont spar hard. I jsut dont want to injure my shoulders by lifting in the morning, then while im resting, go to martial arts later that nightand work shoulders even more. Is this no big deal?

    why not throw your shoulders into the same day as your chest tri, then maybe move legs to the off day. I wouldnt really do much weight training on days that you train MA. I dont have a really solid reasoning to this but it seems you might be more prone to injury from overworking the muscles.
