In combination with weight training, what is the best way to increase the power of my strikes.
Plyometric training (e.g depth jumps, depth pushups, where u drop down from a height and explode upward again keeping your contact with the ground at a minimum)
or explosive training. (e.g benchpressing or squatting,where u pause at the bottom for a few seconds then explode up as fast as u can)
