My exercise goal is to build lean muscle with the minimal amount of body fat Im 13 stone and my body fat percentage is 20% what is the lowest amount of body fat you can have while staying healthy?

Not exactly sure but I think elite marathon runners and cyclists only have about 4-8% body fat depending upon if they're male or female.
