  • Circuit training(Clubbelss) and Kettlebells?

I was browsing through this site and found a little info on this.
This is my first time seeing this.
Can someone explain to me what this is and what this does?
And does it substitute weight lifting?

    Thanks

Put "Scott Sonnon" into google and see what comes up. I don't have alot of knowledge about it, but some people swear by these tools.

I don't know much about Clubbells yet, but Kettlebells are one of the best strength and conditioning tools ever if you use them right. The work strength, strength endurance, agility, flexibility - all at once.

          Kettlebell circuit

Hi, kettlebells are great for circuit training. You can string together a group of exercises and even with a very short routine you can really work your endurance. I use them with my clients for a host of different sports, mma included.

I don't want this to be like an infomercial for them since I am a kettlebell instructor but if you want some info feel free to drop me an email at shawnm@agatsu.com
