    Do you do more than one set of Hindu Push-ups, Squats and/or bridges when you do these exercises, or do you just do one set until failure on each exercise?

    I mostly just do one set, but I make sure that that's the last rep I can possibly do.

        Ugh...Matt Furey...The problem with bodyweight excercises I have is that most people cant push themselves. As soon as it starts hurting they stop.

        I usually break into sets with rep goals. That way Im not like oh I think I couldve done more.

        Personally, I only do bodyweight excercises in between sets on the bench or at class.
