  • Lifting and BJJ help me get my schedule set up

    I have been bodybuilding for a couple of years now .


    I am currently on a heavy bulk (which i need cause i have a fast metabolsim).

    I want to start BJJ. I would be going 3 times a week cause you get charged monthly and i want to get the most out of the membership which makes sense casue i am new. I just dont know how the workouts are going to be for BJJ (pushups or cardio ...)

    I just want to make sure i am not going to overtrain.



    I am currently workout out 4 days a week
    mon-legs
    tues-chest tris
    wed -off
    thurs-back bis
    fri- shoulders traps

    BJJ would be on sun\tues\thurs


    can someone give me an example of a BJJ session.

    I want to be able to fix up my weight lifting routine to suite my BJJ sessions.


    suggestions please.
