    since everyone here jerks off about weightless workouts all the time ima post a hardcore weightless workout i do.

    its pretty simple, all u need is a skipping rope.

    basically just start skipping, and everytime u **** up, do one set of a weightless excersise. like for example ur skipping and u mess up and have to stop, drop and do a set of pushups. next time u mess up do a set of squats. after that do crunches and so on. the number of reps should be determined by your skill level and fitness level. if u are weak and suck at skipping rope, do like only 5 sets of each. if u can skip rope longer without messing up or are in better shape, do like 10, or 15. try to do this for at least 20 str8. this workout can get really hardcore really fast, give it a try.
