look how the dude does the handstand pushups with the chairs, that shits hardcore.
Yah, thats Matt Furey, I'm a big fan of his Combat Conditioning series. I'll still occasionally bust out the Royal Court on days I can't throw around my kettlebells.
One thing I don't like is I had pretty much already known the "Royal Court" by myself before I encountered Matt Furey; I simply read up on the wrestler Gama, and the Hindu squats, Hindu pushups, and bridging. I then googled "Hindu squats Hindu pushups bridging" and he comes up, only he charges insane amounts of $$$ for the stuff.
Now I mean he's smart, you charge a high price and people still buy the stuff, more power to you, great way to make $$$. But I don't like having to be on the spending side of it, especially when a lot of it is stuff you could figure out on your own, for a much cheaper price then what he charges.
Oh ya, if you think doing handstnad pushups on chairs is hardcore, try doing them on gymnastic rings, where you have to stabalize the rings since they're on hanging straps with your arms, those are damn hard. Gymnastic rings training is very excellent for upper-body strength work too; another great exercise is the muscle-up.

He does have a lot of different calisthenics acquired from a variety of different sources though, many I hadn't heard of and I liked how it was all in one book.
