  • Combat Conditioning: Back Bridges

I recently started going back bridges and, for the most part, they feel great, but they do weird stuff with my neck. During the bridge and as I'm pulling out of it, my neck hurts a good bit. It feels alright after a few seconds rest but I'm just making sure this is normal. Also, what about your back? The day after, mine hurts a little but it seems more like the good soreness that comes with work more than anything but I thought I'd make sure. Is this a normal way to feel after a little Royal Court?

Have a friend check you out to insure you're using proper form, besides that then yes that's pretty much how you're going to feel.
