How many are functional? Or really work?

Been thinking about buying the Matt Furey or getting the Bas Rutten MMA workout.. Only time/place I have to workout is at my job. And sometimes its hard to get to the weight room. So are these workouts fucntional at all? Thakns for any info.

    ...

The Bas Rutten workout is supposed to be awesome, haven't heard of the other one. It's more of an overall conditioning workout. It isn't meant to be a strength specific program.

I have both, Bas' MMA workout is a lot of fun and good training but after you've done it a lot it gets a bit boring. Matt Furey's stuff is good, too, you will put on a little bit of muscle doing it but if you really want strength and mass gains try the Naked Warrior routine. I just started and I enjoy it a lot, and I've heard lots of good results about it.
