If you train a lot is it unhealthy to use anti-persperant? I have heard that it clogs pores and the aluminum in it is dangerous. If you are training all the time and sweating a lot is it better to use regular deoderant?

What is more healthy? Anti persperant or deoterant?

Anti-Persperant is meant to stop you sweating, so they keep advertising and therefore your stopping necessary bodily functions. I mean its different if your out in a restuarant or movies and its hot, you dont' want to sweat. But when training does it matter if you sweat? most people would naturally expect to see you dripping with sweat. I don't use any deodrants when training, normally its only me who smells myself so who cares. But if in company, shower and lots of soap do an immaculate job

The only people I'd really think would be concerned about that is the pumpers that go to the fancy gyms and use it as a pickup bar, not those who train seriously.

Thats what I thought and also is the alimun toxic?
I dont like anti persperant but on an accident I bought like 2 of them. I was really mad when I got home.
Anyway when I train I dont go take a shower to go wash of the deoterant I am using throughout the day so I can sweat hard in the gym! I mean I just go train in what I already am in.
I ussually wear regular deoterant throughout the day and I sweat a lot. And yeah I like to smell good at the martial arts gym so I dont offend everyone around me but I also drip with sweat.
Thanks for the info its all I wanted. Im still mad I got anti persperant now. Oh well...

The things I like most about it, though, are this:
a) no white lines on my shirt - not even a chance of them
b) it's completely odorless and it works
c) I travel a lot and it doesn't melt if I leave it in the car
It contains no aluminum and is purely a deoderant.
