Weightlifting and Isometrics- every other day, bench press, machine bench press, calf raises, various exercises with dumbells. Pushups, situps, squats, and jumping squats.

Heavy bag - every other day, 10-15 minutes usually.

Stretching - Usually twice a week

Form work - hundreds of repetitions of certain short forms and punches.

Sparring - Once in a while.

        Qigong - twice a week.

I'd say I dedicate about 1.5 hours a day (sometimes more) to training. But I feel like I'm missing something. Thoughts?
Alexjitsu, sounds like a pretty good routine for someone who wants to be a well rounded martial artist. Can you go into more detail about your weight routine, heavybag and sparring?
