Hello there every one.
Will I am traying to gain more body mass but is not so easy.
What I am doing right now is doing lot's of pushup around 350 to 400 every day. and some dips,curls.situp lots about 500 every other day.
can yo guys help me belt a routine that can help me out.

I am trying to gain some Pounds like around 15.
However, is not easy I was reading some of the members post and I am taking mixing my work out around.
I wait around 125 pounds not so big I can bench 145 pounds. I do six rep and 10 set.
Curls 55 to 60 pounds is not easy but I don’t in tell no more and for my back 45 pounds.
Can any one point me out with a good routine?

I think that is more of an old-school way that isn't too healthy, as cheesburgers have a lot of saturated fat in them. And saturated fat clogs up your arteries and will give you a heart attack eventually, or a brain stroke that paralyzes half your body like my grandma (Bill Clinton had heart surgery for eating too many of those kinds of foods, and runner Jimm Fixx died too from that). When you eat foods with saturated fat, exercise WILL NOT clear it; exercise and working out gets rid of unsaturated fat. Only animals like dogs, cats, etc...have bodies that will get rid of saturated fat naturally. Saturated fat is bad for them too, but their bodies can dispose of it. The human body cannot so easily.
