    Right ok first of all Hi im new, now to the import matter ive been training in martial arts since i was 5/6 and now im 16 i want to take thing more seriously and train out of the dojo. I would like some advice on a effective routine/diet that will help me loose a bit of wieght and tone up a little aswell. The only equipment i have is a dumbell set and two 5kg ankle wieghts. Any adivce/help will be greatly appriciated

    Diet wise you gotta eat like an ox 5-6 meals a day high protein low carb an high fibre.

    for your workout check out this site www.maximuscle.com it has a basic home workout where you only need dumbells an a bench.it should explain how many reps etc you need to do. When your really into lifting start lookin at supplements and evolving your weight routine. on the days your not weight training (4 days a week) do relevent training (martial arts) and cardio. If you wanna build alot of muscle dont overdo the cardio, hope this helped.
