    That's pretty slick, my problem though is I can't do pullups every 2 hours, it is often only once or twice a day I have a chance to workout.

    Otherwise, yeah, that "greasing the groove" method works well.

    Well the Air Force minimum requirement for pushups I think is like 25, there's physical fitness for ya

      As an update: first week's done and he's made some good progress so far, went from squatting about 120lbs to 145 (tried 155 and got it for 10 reps, but had to drop for the last 10). So not too bad.
