is it true ur kidneys can only process a certain amount of protein at a time and the rest is just wasted? if so anyone know how much it can take at a certain time? i think i heard it was like 30 grams per hour, but im not sure.

It is true but I'm not sure of the actual number either. Needless to say, if you're having lots and lots of protein farts you might want to cut back a little bit.
