    hey all, what do you prefer yo do to increase your cardio?

    I do mostly running and biking in the gym but I'd love to do Hiking, it's just there isn't anywhere near enough to me.

      i never posted what i prefer. i personally like hiking. it is probably the most versitile of them all. you can go slow but pack on the weight, or you can go for one day and run 25 miles. and if you go for extended trips you can take some buddies and some gear and have a Fightclub-esk (don't mind my spelling) week(end is optional).

        i like sparring as my cardio workout. the only reason i need my cardio up is to fight anyway, so may as well use boxing and kickboxing as my cardio. sparring hard for 1 hour straight is a pretty good cardio workout id say, and u can add jump rope and other stuff to that.

          While I did select roadwork as my route to better endurance, I do agree that sparring/rolling should be listed. Skipping rope is also something that I really like to do.

            the reason i didn't include sparring is because it is just too much fun. it is also something that most classes do (rounds/sparring) so you get that if you like it or not.

              Sparring may as well have been added. You burn 1500 calories per hour sparring. From the choices above; I get best results from swimming and jogging.
