    This thread is about six packs :O pls dont run away just hear me out lol.. So ive heard that every 1 has six packs and all u need 2 do is lose weight? is this true? because im already quite skinny just got a bit of flab wen i sit down lol.. anyway can you please explain to me, all i can see wen i suk in is flat stomach with a realy light outline of a 4 pack lol !!! PLS HELP

    what help do you need exactly?

    do more core/ abdominal excercises and cut down on your bodyfat by doing more cardio.

    you'll have your sixpack in no time, although i dont how that would help you in martial arts...

      lol, by cardio do you mean running? sorry i know i sound stupid, and i know its not going to help in my martial arts i just feel like getting 1 :O

        cardio is anything that gets your heart rate up. doesnt have to be running. could be biking, heavy bag work out, shadow boxing, etc.

          Just do ab exercise's, cardio (running, biking, bag work etc) eat the right food. Look up ab and core muscle excercise's on google.
