Im about to start going to the gym again within the next week or so to build up some more muscle for kickboxing. I intend to go about 3 times a week and do high weights with low reps to get as much muscle build up as I can. I dont want to go over the top with building muscle, I jus want to be at the peak of my physical strength without losing speed. Now ive read somewhere to eat 6 times a day with so much protein and so much carbs. But I was wondering if anyone could give me an example of a daily diet with typical meals that would be best to eat?

[" And although we may do our best to avoid trouble, sometimes trouble insists on finding us. When that happens......when the time for talk is over, warriors act. They flip the switch and act decisively - ruthlessly if necessary - to preserve and defend the things that they hold dear."

try to just eat what is reccommended,
lots of potatoes, rice, pasta, veg, chicken/turkey/fish. some red meat for iron.
8 pints of water per day, milk for calcium, plenty of fruit, aslong as you make sure you eat all of that then if you have some junk food ontop it dosent matter to much i find, keep it sensable.
