  • Bad diet?

    I usually consume anywhere between 500 to 1000 calories a day, but every once in a great while I'll go all out 2,000 calories...maybe three times a month.

    I'm 19, I weigh about 142, and I'm 5'8''.

    I consume mostly protein...on the 1000 calorie days, I usually eat alot of rice. 2,000 calories means, maybe I ate a piece of pie, or some khao noew gati or something.

    yeah 1000 calories a day is probably bad especially if you are training.

    If you are a slacker couch potato then it's probably okay.
