  • What the hell happened?!

    Normally I can run for 30-45 minutes a day...but today and yesterday seemed to be quiet diffirent as I could only bring myself to 15 minutes...Can someone give me some details on whats happening?

    i dunno i study the martial arts so i dont have to run......
