I did forget them, by choosing a gymless workout and cancelling my membership.
I was going to suggest that you check out the navy seal workout, but it involves a pool. They suggest that you substitute stationary/regular bike riding if you can't hit the pool.
You can scale it down to your current fitness level. I find it tough to run more than 5 miles in one setting, but if people have done it before, I guess its doable.
