    What is a teleseminar?

This is a virtual classroom. It is a conference call with many people from
all different areas of the country or world. After you sign up and pay for
the class, you will be given a phone number to dial (number is a U.S.
number and you will need to pay any long distance phone fees). At the
appointed time, you and the other class members will be calling this
number and will be asked to introduce yourself as you arrive onto the
call. Dr. Wood and Dr. Silverman will present information on the specific
topic and also incorporate answers to questions received ahead of time.

What items will I receive before the class?

You will receive an outline of the lecture by e-mail and information on
how to call in when you register.

What is the proper etiquette during the class?

When you initially arrive on the call, you will be asked to introduce
yourself. We will start after the introductions and Dr. Wood will present
information specific to the topic for that session. Before you speak,
please state your name, so others know who you are. Occasionally, you may
have a bad connection to the call. If this is the case, hang up and dial
    in again.

How do I submit a question?

In the materials you will receive before the class, there will be
instructions for ways to submit a question ahead of time. Please keep your
questions relevant to the topic outline.

    Best regards,

    Jason M. Silverman
