hey guys an gals........make this quick.....am thinkin bout doin a half marathon......never really been a long distance runner havent really got the right body type but its a challenge. This question is really to ppl who have run msrsthons before...........im a PT so i have a good knowledge of training nutrition etc. I really need to know what supplements ppl have used for energy and to keep my muscle mass cos my weight training will take a blow due to the extra CV..... anticatabolics??? an any prep tips are most welcome. thanks all
