    Alrighty then, I've been having trouble with sticking to diffrent workouts for many reasons. I have some questions that need awnsering.

    1. If I lift wieghts and stop for a while, will it all turn to flab or shrink, if so how long of a period does it happen over.

    2. I DONT WANT PECS THAT MOVE UP AND DOWN WHEN I JUMP, like when you watch UFC and they always bonce up and dwn before a match and thier pcs bounce with them, how can i prevent that.

    muscle will atrophy (s/p jesus i dunno, srink away) after long periods of non use.

    I don't know how to keep your pecs from bouncing....don't train them? lol pecs usually are loose, they're kinda like your biceps, more of a showoff muscle than one you use allot.

    Or you could wear a bra, jab.....hahahahaha In this corner, the man wearing the bra.... JAAAABBBB 9-0-2!!!!!!!

      Muscle cannot turn into fat. However, like eyegouge said, it will atrophy after long periods of non-use. How long that takes depends on so many factors it would be impossible to even guess.
