Alrighty then, I've been having trouble with sticking to diffrent workouts for many reasons. I have some questions that need awnsering.
1. If I lift wieghts and stop for a while, will it all turn to flab or shrink, if so how long of a period does it happen over.
2. I DONT WANT PECS THAT MOVE UP AND DOWN WHEN I JUMP, like when you watch UFC and they always bonce up and dwn before a match and thier pcs bounce with them, how can i prevent that.
