Just follow some basic advice and cut down on the sweets and fatty food replace sweets with fruit and instead of eating fatty food like fried food eat it poached or baked without it dripping in heavy sauces loaded with calories and high in salt and sugar.

Get your protein from fish, chicken and lean beef, also try to eat small meals throughout the day to regulate your blood sugar and don't eat after 7:30 pm if you can.

Remember to eat enough fiber and eat a lot of vegetables especially green leafy vegetables. Allow yourself one day a week to eat how you want, but maintain a sensible diet on the other days. Plus, consume a lot of water too. Well, one kilo is equal to 2.2 pounds so I think you're 264 pounds, if I'm correct, I think it's whatever kilo x 2.2 pounds.

Also weight training in addition to the cardio you build with kickboxing will replace the fat with muscle so if you're following a good exercise regimen along with a good diet the weight will come off eventually.

                Allright.
First off, vitamins every day. And like at least 16 oz of water a day. That's like absolute minimum. Usually a vitamin and water during the day and some toast and a small glass of OJ for breakfast. And that's it.

If you can't deal with that and you absolutly HAVE to eat something for real. One of those subway samiches that have the real low saturated fat.

I'm a natural 152. At 18 I wrestled 140, 145, and 152, varisty all the time in at least one and back up for the others constantly. The lowest I could ever reach without really crashing myself was 135.

Just make sure you take your vitamins. They help you keep from getting malnurished. Keep up the workout too. Find yourself a nice windbreaker outfit and start sweating. Chew gum to keep from getting drymouth while you cut water weight.

Peace, hope I peaked your intrest.

Thats how my family and wrestling buddies cut weight. It's no big deal if you just pay attention to your body. If it's so bad your like passing out n shit, then change it up and eat some like cheese and crackers or sumthin. I've been a full time athlete since I was four, so I'm used to working out 15-20 hours a week and doing weight cutting and stuff. I've got experience, take it easy when you first start and listen to your body.

Be tough and monitor your weight EVERYDAY, and pay attention to loss and gain. Always weigh yourself in the same amount of clothing and at the same time of day you need to make your weight.
