    Alright, let's have it you guys. What are some truely unique not your run of the mill everyday exercises are you using and possibly even made up yourself.

    Speaking of making up yourselves, have ever made your own homemade equipement not just barbells or dumbbells something totally unthought of as an exercise equipment. Replies!!

    wall splits....boxing on ice with flat soled shoes...lol....i've explained wall splits in a couple threads allready....search it...i'm lazy tonight....

      Just had a brainstorm, though, any person with good sense should have told you this don't buy clubbells, kettlebells, and indian clubs if you already have adjustable dumbbells and barbells.

      The reason is both of them can you used as clubbells and indian clubs and a barbell is good for one arm barbell lifts too.

      Just put the plates on one side on a db or barbell handle and you have your clubbells and indian clubs. You also have kettlebells when you have the plates on one side of your dumbbell handle.

      There are 3 ways to grip the db one is grip at the end of the handle where's no weights for your clubbell and indian club and the other two ways is with you wrist touching the plates on the inside or outside of your hand and that is kettlebell style.

          When I didnt have weights, I used buckets filled with rocks or sand. Perfect for shoulder raises. I also used milk jugs for bicep curls and such. I also like to chop wood, its a great workout.
