  • The Scam Of The Aha

The American Heart Association has been lying to persons for years.

Cholesterol DOES NOT cause heart disease.

The Masai, Dinkas, Samburu(up to 300 grams saturated fat a day, zebu milk, bull meat ) , residents of Crete(70% of their calories come from lamb , sausage and goat cheese) , French (lowest rate of heart disease in Mediteranean, and area of France where meat is eaten most has lowest rate of heart disease) , Pukapukans(Pacific Islands) , (they eat coconuts mostly, Okinawans ( they eat eggs, shellfish , pork and Okinawans cook in pork lard)

ALL THESE CULTURES EAT A DIET RICH IN SATURATED FATS AND ALL THESE CULTURES HAVE VERY LOW RATES OF HEART DISEASE.

    The Lipid Hypothesis is WRONG.

The Cholesterol Scam is the largest most widespread misconception/SCAM in medicine.

Dr Uffe Ravnskov EXPOSES THE LIES OF THE AHA with scientific evidence and research. ALSO, Dr. Ravnskov is the head of a scientific organization THINCS. 70 SOME SCIENTISTS AND RESEARCHERS www.THINCS.org

The AHA has SWITCHED the qoutes from findings that backfired in their face. If you read hard enough those two sites give direct quote examples where they lied.

I don't really bother with that, I just eat what I want.

You can't put faith in doctors, even at vet clinics... they all get money to push drugs on their patients. They get trained... ahem (brainwashed) to associate every symptom uder the sun with some drug specific to target that symptom. Before you say I don't know... I worked at a Vet Clinic. and my dad is a doctor.

But what pisses me off is that misdiagnose kids with ADD or have fabricated ADD altogether which is probably just a simple symptom of diet or poor lifestyle habbits on the part of the parents or the kids themselves...
Then force the kids to take medication to go to school, and if the parents refuse to medicate they get charged with child neglect.

All drugs do is treat symptoms... the problem is still there from whatever is causing your body to react and create those symptoms. Why can't people wake up and change thier lifestyle or diet... and fix the problem instead of masking it.

It's like a bad car mechanic raising the idle to mask a degrading fuel or ignition system component. Sooner or later poof... and you'll wonder why it happned, thinking the car sounded okay up untill it gave out.

        Drugs are bad...

Though the are good medications you don't have to take on a daily basis for the rest of your life... usually these are considered Cures which are good.
        So are vegi-ta-bles
        and oily bacon.
        mmmmmmm baaacon.

          Hey dude, you're in Honolulu.

          I'm in Mililani.

I haven't had heart problems and I drink gallons of whole milk every week.
Of course I'm still young so who knows eh?

I heard BS that Breast feeding is bad... that person needs to be shot.
Honestly why on earth would a mother produce milk if it wasn't to feed her child... no one seems to rely on natural instincts anymore... they think everyone knows better then they do because they have a peice of paper that says so.
I say if it hurts it hurts... and deep down you probably know why.

The peoples of the Mediterranean region, France, Pacific Islands and Okinawa are all laid back people who eat alot of their food home grown and stay active outdoors.

They don't eat TV dinners, Mc Donalds etc. Check out the film Supersize Me.

Perhaps its not just saturated fats which cause heart disease, its stress combined with inactivity and saturated fats.

NOW HERE IS THE REAL STATEMENT , THE REAL FINDING OF THE RESEARCH[/B]

For each 1 mg drop of cholesterol, there was an 11% increase in coronary and total mortality. THIS is the truth.

Saturated fat DOES NOT cause heart disease. HYDROGONATED FATS, TRANS FATTY ACIDS, AND POLYUNSATURATED VEGETABLE OILS contribute . THE FRIES ARE FRIED IN TRANS FAT. THEY ALSO COULD BE POLYUNSATURATED OILS WHICH ARE ALMOST AS BAD.

                  It is NOT the saturated.

Yes STRESS can contribute. Stress has been linked, ... and yes those cultures are more active in general, ...but the FACT remains they all eat saturated fat and omega 3 fats have but don't trans fatty acids or polyunsaturated vegetable oils as much as .

Its not polyunsaturated vegetable oils. It's partially hydrogenated vegetable oils that are BAD. If you see "partially hydrogentated" on the label of a product, it's a processed fatty acid, a trans fat, which your body has absolutely no idea how to use.

If you guys are interested in this kind of stuff, read Protein Power Lifeplan by Eades. You'll be amazed and surprised how bass-ackwards the medical and nutritional community has got proper nutrition for real health and the lies about fats and cholesterols that have been pushed on the public, all based on theories and hypothesis.

Polyunsaturated is not good, either but yes, trans fatty acids found in hydrogonated and partially hydrogonated are the worst. MONO IS OK
