I can't get myself to sleep before 12, which is what I want to get up and run in the morning. What can I do???????
In school days I can sleep at 11 fine, but when I have a long holiday I can't seem to get myself to sleep.

Set your alarm to full blast, and start waking up early. Most scientists say that you cannot force yourself to get to bed earlier, but you can force yourself to get up earlier. Doing so will gradually (about a week or so) change your internal clock; and you will get used to getting up at the earlier time. Hope this helps!

      Sure you can.

Did you earn your sleep? Did you spend all of your energy during the day working, studying or excercising?

      Just a thought.

I excersize 3 hours + a day. Stretch alot too. And as I said its a holiday so I don't have any studying.. I'm only 16, I don't have a job. I read books before I try and go to sleep at night.

...... Do I really have to comment on that? And don't call me son.

Well if you work yourself to exhaustion, you can sleep better, right?

I guess its a matter of what kind of workout you're doing - are you just lifting or are you doing things like running, swimming, biking, martial arts?

I lift/skip/heavy bag training/FMA drills. + My warmup before lifting includes more skipping and pushups/situps.

try some relaxation techniques. meditation, visualization, anything to lower your heart rate or put you in a calmer mood. Also eating habbits have alot to do with sleep. Watch the simple sugars and hi glicemic foods after 6 pm., carbonated soft drinks are both high in sugar and some have way to much caffine.

Do some excerscises and then jump in the shower...
only have the light on in the bathroom, make sure all the lights are off in the rest of the house.
That way you get out of the bathroom... and turn of the light... stumble around a bit and find your bed... and just lay down. Maybe open a window to let cool air in.

Don't be thinking about going online to check the forum... or what might be good on tv. Just lay down.

maje sure you're dry though... if your hair is super wet it might be uncomfortable and then it'll be harder to fall asleep.
