Right now when Im not competing or anything, Im on a 3/1 month cycle. I do 3 months of all mass building workouts, high weight low reps, then one month of high rep toning workouts. It seems to work pretty well. I was wondering how often if at all you cycle out. Also, I change my workout schedule once a month so my body doesent get used to the same thing. Do you guys do the same?
