Also, where do you stand on the soy protein/protein powder debate? Some of the healthiest people I know are on the Zone diet, and yet I read links like these and have to wonder.

I eat chicken, fish and beef.

I drink milk, water, real fruit juices and an occasional beer.

I AM SO F*CKING TIRED OF EVERYONE COMPLAINING ABOUT STUFF. People have been eating soy for years and never got sick.

My arguement, water causes cancer! Everyone with cancer once drank water, so there. Its all bullshit really. Opinions and more opinions. Doctors say its safe, this doctor says its not. Its like alcohol, if you like it, you ignore the chances of getting sick and all that to enjoy it.

soy protein is allright. Your just getting your protein from beans.

I personally take a protein mix that has Whey protein and high in amino acids.

it just gives that little extra bost to get you through the workout

Okay, well the mangosteen is just hype like all the other new things they bring out with miracle powers. If it actually does do anything it is purely coincidental and they surely didn't intend for it to work. If it really did work they would charge a lot more for it.



as for soy, got to be careful of the estrogen content, Soy can cause infertility in men if taken every day.

I've really heard a lot of great success stories with Xango. I won't buy anything that's part of a multi-level-marketting scheme, though, or "one size fits all." I have also heard good things about goji berries...
