regular nose bleeds

hi for the last few weeks i have been waking up with a nose bleed only comin out one nostril is this bad does any1 else get this or is it just from sparring

Go to the doctor, get your blood pressure checked... If you bleed from your nose you might be at risk for a heart attack or stroke. Or not, better safe than dead.

doubt it i feel super im to young te hav a storke r heart attack and im as fit as ever i will go te the doctor but im sure its just a vein r sumtin

yeh its dry my heater is on whats that have to do with it?

people tend to get nose bleeds when theres dry weather or if its dry in the house. you may just be getting nose bleeds from the dryness.
