My instructor told me about this last week and I recently tried it out and damn, it sucks (not in a bad way).
Basically take a pair of dumbells you can do farmers walks with for a while (15minutes). Best done outside or in a large large space. Anyways, you walk 50 steps then drop down and do as many push ups as you can (hands still on dumbells) then walk another 50 steps and repeat till youre dead. It really is an awesome workout for grip and overall muscle endurance.
You can also use squats, curls, calf raises or whatever for that specific workout, but just keep with it for the whole time, DONT MIX AND MATCH or you wont get the full effect.
Its great if you have limited time, equipment, and dont like hours in the gym. Also can be done with kettleballs or "milk jug" workout (just do push ups on ground).
Try it and say if you like it!
