    Looks interesting, Chris.

I completed SEAL PT not too long ago.

The emphasis was on mental tenacity brought on by intense conditioning, physical (some mental) challenges, team excercises and stressors. I can say it was by far the most challenging and motivating thing I've done. Some companies and private businesses have used it for team work or character building.

The physical aspect was mostly lower and mid body muscular endurance and cardiovascular stamina, some upperbody, but not the focus.

Strend looks like its the opposite; upperbody muscular endurance and cardio vascular stamina with some lower body.

I'll try it a routine and compare it with some of the competitors!

      Did it

      Weight: 176
Age: (not green, but certainly not old )
Strend Factor: 4.16 (total reps/3-mile run time)
      Bench Press: 18
      Pull-ups: 14
      Military Press: 19
      Chinup: 12
      Dips: 34
      Total Reps: 97

      3-mile: 23:27

I would've placed 16 out of 22 in the Male open 2004 competition....
