I likethe fact that he doesn't make any claims as to achieving strength and fitness without hardwork and so forth, and that apparently he doesn't include any ads for products like Pavel and Furey do.
His book contains loads upon loads of bodyweight exercises, however he doesn't limit himself to bodyweight exercises. Weights, sandbags, etc...are all included.
